Staff not provided with adequate training at the outset can become demotivated, resulting in disruption and further recruitment costs for your Lettings Agency.

One-to-one training, learning from real situations in your own office and in your own market, is highly effective, but can be a burden on the valuable time of senior staff.

This does not only apply to newly appointed staff. Staff transferred to a new role require a handover or training period which is not always easily available.
