Help Moving into Residential Lettings
Practical assistance and guidance through the procedural intricacies and legislative constraints involved in running a Residential Lettings business, providing both the knowledge and understanding of the requirements placed upon the Agent and their clients, and the tools with which to conduct day to day operations.

Distance Learning Modules / Self Training and Assessment
A distance learning programme allows staff to learn at their own pace within a set timetable. The individual Modules build into a self-training manual. There are basic Standard Modules available or if preferred the modules can be tailored to your own requirements either from the training "menu" or in line with your own systems and procedures.

Bespoke Agency Documents or Pre-designed Lettings Agency Standard Document Packs
All the documents a Letting Agent needs to ensure a consistent high standard of operation throughout all Agency departments, branches or franchisees. Agency Letters and Forms, Terms & Conditions of Business, Tenancy Agreements and Memorandums, Guarantor Agreements, Landlord & Tenant Guides or Brochures either designed specifically in line with your systems and procedures or pre-designed for you to purchase "off the shelf" and customise yourself.

Procedures Manuals
A procedures manual outlining the processes and practises Agency staff are required to adhere to in line with both statutory regulations and corporate policy, ensures a consistent high standard of operation throughout all Agency departments, branches or franchisees.

Document Reviews and Document Revisions
A review of the effectiveness and compliance of your Agency Letters and Forms, Terms & Conditions of Business, Tenancy Agreements, Landlord & Tenant Guides or Brochures will highlight omissions or potential problem areas. If required, a re-drafting or revision service in accordance with the resulting findings and recommendations, is also available.
