DISTANCE LEARNING FOR LETTING AGENTS


Distance Learning Modules that build into a Self-Training Manual is an alternative approach to training that allows staff to learn at their own pace.

This method would particularly suit the small Agency for whom the practicalities of an in-house training day or releasing staff from the office to attend a training course may be prohibitive.

You select the topics you wish to incorporate into your Self-Training Manual from the Customised Courses or Set Courses menus and the appropriate Distance Learning Module for each member of your lettings staff will be individually devised to your requirements and sent to you. The cost will vary in accordance with the content of the Modules required and a quotation will be supplied prior to confirmation of order.

Alternatively you can simply order the complete set of 7 Standard Modules, including Assessment pages, containing all the topics shown in the Custom Courses menu.

If combined with your own procedures the Distance Learning Modules can be incorporated into a Personal Development Folder providing an effective personal induction training tool for each member of staff, no matter what the size of your Agency.
