As an alternative to the Bespoke Document Creation or the Bespoke Procedures Manual services, the Standard Packs contain the basic documents an Agency requires. The documents are supplied on CD for loading onto your computer system and you would be free to adjust the documents as you wish to suit your own systems and procedures. *

The Standard Letters Pack contains 65 Letters for use by the Lettings, Management and Accounts Departments

The Tenancy Agreement Pack includes 3 Tenancy Agreements (Assured Shorthold, Company Let and Contractual Non-Housing Act), 1 Renewal Memorandum, 1 Agreement Addendum, 2 Section 21 Notices and a selection of correctly drafted Special Clauses

The Terms of Business outline the standard services offered by Letting Agents with provision for you to insert your fee scale and any additional services you provide.

The Best Practice Procedures Manual is a basic 48 page operations manual providing two functions, either a guidance for the Agent venturing into Lettings for the first time, or a useful starting point for the established Letting Agent to create a bespoke Manual.
